The Towns We Cover

We are based in Dalworthington Gardens, so the towns that ring it are never far off. Arlington, Kennedale, Grand Prairie and Mansfield see our truck most weeks. We also cover Rendon, Forest Hill and Everman, and we go north to Richland Hills, North Richland Hills and Euless.

We group visits by area when we can. Less time on the road means our arrival windows hold up better. If your town is not on this list, ask anyway when you call. We will tell you straight whether we can get to you and when, instead of booking a slot we cannot keep.

What We See in Homes Around Here

  1. 01

Older and newer houses side by side

The area has a wide mix. Plenty of ranch homes were built decades ago, with panels and wiring sized for far less than a modern kitchen, an EV charger and a second fridge in the garage. Newer houses have more capacity but still hit limits once owners add on. Before we give you a timeline for a panel upgrade or whole-home rewiring, we look at what is actually in the panel and the walls, so the plan fits your home.

  2. 02

    Long, hot summers

Air conditioners run hard for months here. That steady load shows up as warm breakers, loose connections and circuits that trip on the hottest afternoons. It is one reason we suggest a torque and clean in spring, before summer fills the calendar.

  3. 03

    Storms and outages

Spring storms bring lightning and hail, and an ice storm can knock power out for a day or more. Those are the times people start asking about surge protection, generator installation or a home battery backup system. We schedule that work on a normal calendar, so it is in place before the next storm instead of rushed after one.

  4. 04

    Permits and inspections

Permit and inspection rules are set by the local jurisdiction, and they vary from town to town. We pull the permit when the job needs one and set up the inspection. Inspection dates are not always ours to control, so we tell you up front how they fit the timeline and call you if a date moves.
