About Our Company

We're a residential electrical company in Dalworthington Gardens. Our work happens in and around your home: the panel on the side of the house, the generator pad out back, the outlets on the patio, the lights in the kitchen.

The complaint we hear most from homeowners isn't about the wiring. It's about the waiting. Nobody called when they were late. Jobs dragged on with no word. So we'd rather tell you a job takes two days and finish in two than promise one and leave you guessing on the third.

How We Keep Your Day Intact

Most people don't mind waiting a few days for an electrician. What they mind is losing a whole day to someone who never shows. So we run our calendar around telling you the truth about time.

  1. 01

    A real arrival window

When you book a service visit, you get a set window, not "sometime Tuesday." We keep it tight enough that you can plan work or errands around it. If the job before yours runs over, we call you and give you a new time.

  2. 02

A time estimate with every job

A panel swap, a ceiling fan and a new circuit for the garage each have a typical length. We tell you up front whether it's a short visit or a full day. We also tell you if your power will be off, and for about how long.

  3. 03

    Updates when plans change

Parts get back-ordered. Inspections get pushed. Walls hide surprises. When something moves the timeline, we tell you what happened, what it does to the finish date and what we're doing next.

  4. 04

    Findings before work

We test and look first. You get a plain explanation of what we found and what fixing it involves, then you decide. A small repair doesn't quietly grow into a job you never agreed to.

  5. 05

    We clean up

We cover floors where we work inside. Wire scraps, cut-out boxes and drywall dust leave with us.

How a Job Runs, Start to Finish

The steps are the same whether it's one dead outlet or a new panel.

  1. 1

    You call and book

Tell us what's going on. We ask a few questions, book a service visit and give you an arrival window before we hang up.

  2. 2

    We test, look and explain

At the visit we find the cause or measure the job. You get our findings in plain words, your options, a written estimate and a timeline.

  3. 3

    We line up the work

Small repairs are often finished on that first visit. Bigger jobs get a start date. We file for whatever permit your city wants and set up any utility work.

  4. 4

    Work day

We tell you when power goes off and when it comes back on. We protect floors, keep the work area neat and clean up before we leave.

  5. 5

    Inspection and walk-through

Where an inspection is needed, we book it and meet the inspector. Then we show you what we did and answer your questions.

What Moves the Number on Your Job

Our estimates are written for your house, not pulled off a list. Two jobs with the same name can look nothing alike. A panel upgrade on an open garage wall goes faster than one tucked behind finished drywall. Here's what changes the cost, and most of it changes the schedule too.

After we look at the job, we give you a written estimate that lists the work and the expected timeline. If we find something that changes either one, we stop and talk with you before going further.

Size of the job
How many circuits, fixtures or rooms are involved. Rewiring a full house takes far more labor and material than adding two outlets.
Access
Attics, finished walls, slab floors and tight spaces all add time. In North Texas summers we do attic work early in the day, which can spread a job across more visits.
What's already there
Old or ungrounded wiring, scorched breakers, overloaded panels and past do-it-yourself work often need fixing before new work can go in. We show you what we find before adding anything.
Equipment and materials
The panel, generator, battery system, EV charger or fixtures you choose set a big part of the cost. Lead times on equipment can also set the start date.
Permits and inspections
Panel work, new circuits and generators often call for a permit plus an inspector's sign-off, depending on what your city requires. The fees and the wait for the inspector both count toward the price and the finish date.
Utility coordination
Panel and service upgrades sometimes need the utility to disconnect and reconnect power. Their calendar becomes part of ours, and we plan around it.

Common Questions From Homeowners

Something not covered here? (682) 327-5868

Will you handle the permit?

Yes, we take care of it. Jobs like panel upgrades, new circuits, generators and rewiring tend to need a permit, so we file it and book the inspector. Plenty of small repairs need no permit at all. You'll find out which case you're in at the first visit, and the inspection date becomes part of your timeline.

How much time does swapping a panel take?

Expect the install itself to fill most of a workday, and your power will be out for a good share of it. The permit has to come through first, and the utility may need to cut and restore service when it suits their calendar. We give you every date, not just the install day, and call the moment any of them moves.

Can my garage get an EV charger?

Usually, yes. We look at how much room your panel has, how far it sits from your parking spot and what the charger calls for. Some houses need load management or a panel upgrade before a charger goes in. We'll tell you at the first visit, before you've got a charger sitting in a box.

What makes a breaker trip over and over?

It's often a circuit carrying too much, an appliance going bad, a short, a ground fault or a breaker that's simply worn. Now and then a loose connection is heating up, and that's one to track down quickly. We test the circuit and find the real cause before swapping out any parts.

Will the power be shut off while you work?

For some of the job, possibly. Work on a single circuit typically shuts off just that circuit. Swapping a panel or working on the service takes the whole house down for a few hours, sometimes longer. We warn you before anything goes off and tell you when it's back, so you can plan for the fridge, the AC and anyone working from home.

What if you're behind schedule?

You get a phone call from us. When an earlier job runs over, we reach you before your window ends and give you a new time. If the new time doesn't suit you, we pick one that does.

Do you put in generators and battery backup?

We do. We install standby generators, fix and maintain ones you already have, and put in home battery backup systems. First we ask which things you need running during an outage, and then we size the system around that list.

What happens if something goes wrong after the job?

Our work carries a 1-year workmanship warranty. If anything we installed or repaired has a problem caused by our workmanship, give us a call and we'll book a visit to check it and make it right.
